Alberta started her financial planning career in 2008 and prior to working with Edwin, she spent several years as an employed paraplanner at leading financial planning and wealth management firms in Aberdeen and Dundee...

She is a qualified Chartered Financial Planner from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and has a thorough working knowledge in investments, pensions, protection, tax and trusts.

In one of her roles, she managed the company’s investment proposition. This involved compiling both the strategic and tactical asset allocation for the investment process, building risk-rated model portfolios and reviewing the markets. Alberta worked with large, medium and smaller organisations, gaining experience of different working practices and processes. She played a fundamental role in these businesses by putting in place efficient processes to raise service levels. This helped improve procedures, increase productivity and business efficiency.
