Six award wins cap off record breaking year

We’re delighted to have secured six awards at the Financial Adviser Service Awards 2024.

FTAdviser’s Service Awards are now in their 34th year and continue to highlight the very best in service provision to financial advisers and their clients from across the financial services industry.

The Awards are often considered the benchmark for service standards within financial services and the prestigious ‘Five Star’ award is the most sought-after in the industry – we’re honoured to have picked up five of these awards at Thursday night’s ceremony.

We’re thrilled to have received a Five Star winner award for:

• Investment Provider
• Pensions and Protection Provider
• Platform Provider
• Back Office Support Providers
• Discretionary Fund Manager

In addition to this, we also received an outstanding achievement award on the night.

These awards are recognition of the excellence we strive for across our products and services to help our clients reach their true potential.

These triumphs follow our recent success in September, where we picked up two awards at the Schroders UK Platform Awards 2024, alongside the Best Use of Technology in the Investment Life & Pensions Sector award at the Moneyfacts Awards 2024, as well as receiving four commendations that month.

Our total number of award wins has now reached a record-breaking number, with 19 wins throughout the year of 2024. Winning awards like this is a testament to the hard work, dedication and care shown by the True Potential team as we strive to do more for our investors and advisers.
